Jam Fernando Sebastian dies at the age of 28.
We've known that Jam has been diagnosed with lung cancer few months ago in which abnormal growth of tissues in his lungs are present. His girlfriend Paoline Michelle never left his side as he fight against the killer sickness. Jam and Mitch also known as Jamich, the youtube sensation inwhich they share their real life lovestory online.
Time passes and Jam's condition worsen and only the mechanical life support that makes him breath. We know that Jam fought up to the point that he can and up to today. (March 04,2015) at St.Lukes Hospital at BGC, Taguig. Jam given up. He is now in God's embrace. I hope you'll find peace and happiness Jam.
